Join your BayNet colleagues Friday, May 11th for our Annual Event and Meeting!


This year we're bringing out Aaron Schmidt to discuss the principles of Library UX - User Experience - and discuss ways that you can apply these principles at your library. Aaron is the co-author of the ALA Book Useful, Usable, Desirable that identifies the 19 critical touchpoints for libraries. This presentation will help libraries discover ways to improve their physical spaces, websites, service points, signage, and marketing.

Aaron Schmidt is Principal of the design firm Influx Library User Experience, lectures at SJSU, serves on the editorial board of Weave: Journal of Library User Experience and wrote the column "The User Experience" for Library Journal.
